Gov. who?

Saturday Night Live is back in the late night comedy news, kicking off the new year apparently playing the goofiest joke played on the American Public in a long time.
A couple of days ago, it was suspected of creating the rumor that actor and part-time Maricopa County Deputy Steven Seagal was considering running to be Arizona’s governor.
I personally think comedians should stop using these outrageous pranks to promote their shows. They’re usually not funny and can result in real harm.
What? It’s real? Steven Seagal could actually run for governor?
This is the same Steven Seagal whose entire career has been an attempt to, one day, have the credentials of his idol, Jean Claude Van Damme!
And he’s being encouraged by Joe Arpaio. Next thing I’ll be asked to believe is that a car dealer or an ice cream salesman could run for governor. Oh!
I’m Pat McMahon.
