Christopher Walken hitchhikes through NYC with fans

Hailing a cab in the Big Apple can be a troubling task. Just ask the King of New York, Christopher Walken.
Instead of waiting around, the 70-year-old actor hitched a ride with two fans. And apparently, he had blast.
According to the Gothamist, Sergio P. and Ash K. were driving down Columbus Avenue last month when they spotted Walken on the side of the road; they offered him a lift.
The actor was completely comfortable hitching a ride with the strangers. They said Walken wasn’t at all “weirded out” by the situation.
Heavy traffic gave the group plenty of time to talk with the Oscar winner, who continued to blab for several minutes after they reached his destination.
Sergio posted a photo of the celeb encounter on Reddit, which has recently gone viral.
