Argument in Phoenix escalates to deadly shooting, suspect takes off

PHOENIX — One man is dead and police are searching for another after a shooting in Phoenix.
Police found the victim in an apartment near 19th and Northern avenues Sunday around 9 p.m. They said the two had been arguing earlier but that had ended.
Later, the two men began arguing again, the confrontation became physical and then the victim was shot.
The suspect ran away. The victim was taken to John C. Lincoln Dunlap Hospital, where he died.
No other details were available.
