Wizarding World of Harry Potter closer to Arizona with new Hollywood park

PHOENIX — Arizonans looking to escape the heat and search for adventure will finally have their wishes granted as the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is set to open at Universal Studios Hollywood in spring 2016.
Yahoo reports the new Los Angeles-area park will allow guests to tour the J.K. Rowling-inspired wonderland and enjoy attractions like “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey,” a 3D flight simulator and the park’s first outdoor roller coaster “Flight of the Hippogriff.”
Hungry guests can chow down at one of the many Harry Potter themed eateries, including the Hog’s Head Pub.
