Chips, ahoy! Valley brewery boasts some of nation’s top nachos

PHOENIX — Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, a Valley brewery’s nachos are said to be among the best in the country.

Thrillist said Four Peaks Brewing Company’s nachos with blackened chicken are one of the nation’s 21 tastiest.

While the site specifically calls for blackened chicken, it said hungry folks can opt for spicy beef as well. It doesn’t seem to matter, as it primarily focused on the brew house’s five-layer dip, consisting of black beans, cheese, tomatoes, black olives and jalapenos.

Thrillist was also fairly excited the brewery offered beer pairings for the nachos, if you’re into that type of thing.
