HomeStreet Bank to create 3 home lending offices in the Phoenix area

HomeStreet Bank has announced its intentions to open three home lending offices in the Phoenix area, according to a Phoenix Business Journal report.

HomeStreet, which is based in Seattle and has 92 branches throughout Washington state, Oregon, Idaho and Hawaii, expects to create a combined 60 jobs at the three AZ-based offices — one in Phoenix and two in Scottsdale.

HomeStreet also plans to expand into Utah, Colorado and Nevada during the next 12 to 18 months, according to the report.
