Many parents of young children have experienced the consistent disappointment their little ones have with school lunches (or food in general).
“Ew! I’m not eating that!” they often whine, usually followed by a parental comment somewhat along the lines of: “Do you know how many little boys and girls would be lucky to have delicious food like yours?
