PHOENIX — Over the next six weeks, travelers can expect traffic delays on several Pinal Peak roads due to maintenance work.
Forest roads 651 and 112 will undergo road repairs and surface replacement work for four days weekly. The roads will continue to be open to regular traffic, however, there will be possible delays of 30 minutes to one hour.
The public is asked to drive with caution and to look out for employees and machinery.
The project hopes to fix the loss of road surface due to fires in the area, and is expected to be completed by July 31.
