Hell City tattoo show coming to Phoenix this weekend

It’s part art show, part freak show and a whole lot of fun.
The Hell City Tattoo Festival opens Friday at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa.
“Tattooing is one of the oldest art forms, it’s almost as old as language. We recommend everyone show up and get a glimpse into the world of tattooing and fine art,” said Durb Morrison, festival organizer and promoter.
In addition to the artists, there are also tattoo competitions, freak shows, educational seminars, a kids’ zone and live bands. There’s also a fine art gallery.
