Official: Mesa man falls to death off Mogollon Rim

PHOENIX — A Mesa man died Saturday after falling off a 200-foot cliff at the Mogollon Rim, the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office said.
Casey Frazier, 36, fell off the cliff about two miles west of Woods Canyon Lake.
“We removed the body from where it landed back up the cliff by using a system of ropes and pulleys,” said Gerry Blair with CCSO, adding that Frazier’s body was transported to the Gila County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Frazier was on vacation with his family when he fell.
