Pedestrian bridge construction closing down Loop 101

PHOENIX – The construction of the Galveston Street Pedestrian Bridge will close down Loop 101 during the weekend in Chandler.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, Loop 101 is scheduled to be closed between Ray Road and Loop 202 late Friday night until early Monday morning.
The Loop 202 on-ramps to northbound Loop 101 will also be closed, along with the Warner Road on-ramp going southbound on Loop 101.
Traffic will be detoured along the frontage roads around the closure.
The project is expected to be completed in November.
