Mother arrested after toddler found wandering Anthem

ANTHEM, Ariz. — A Valley woman was arrested Tuesday after her 2-year-old child was found wondering a neighborhood in Anthem, Ariz.
Arizona Child Protective Services has taken temporary custody of Skylyn Altizer.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials said they received a call about Altizer, who had been left with relatives, walking in the area of Morse Court and National Trail, around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday.
