Wreck closes westbound US 60 at Mill Avenue

A Friday accident closed the westbound US 60 at Mill Avenue.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, 10 vehicles were involved in two separate crashes near Mill Avenue.

Several people were injured, but none were apparently life-threatening.

Traffic cameras showed a major backup east of Priest Road.

All lanes were reopened as of 4 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

There was no timetable for the wreck to be cleared.
