Traditional home buyers gain an advantage

Cash buyers are losing dominance in the home sector.

According to The Phoenix Business Journal, traditional home purchases are slowly outnumbering cash buyers.

A recent report showed investors and cash purchasers are pulling out of the market because of limited inventory and waning amounts of bargain deals and foreclosures.

Though retreating, investors are still a strong force in the home market and cash sales are still high compared to those throughout history.
