Meghan McCain to host own talk show

The daughter of Sen. John McCain will soon be appearing on her own talk show.
According to the Huffington Post, the new show will be called “Raising McCain” and will appear on Pivot, a new cable channel slated to launch in August.
“I keep telling people it’s like ‘Meet the Press’ meets ‘Jackass,'” McCain, the daughter of former presidential candidate John McCain, described at Pivot’s upfront on Wednesday.
Pivot is expected to target the 18- to 34-year-old demographic and will look to combine entertainment and social awareness.
Joseph Gordon-Leavitt will host a variety show involving audience members on the same channel.
