A female prisoner at a Goodyear, Ariz. prison died Tuesday of an apparent suicide, the Arizona Dept. of Corrections said in a release.
Christina Black, 52, was serving a life sentence of first-degree murder. She was sentenced in 1999.
No details on her death will be released until the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office conducts an investigation.
