Menus and McMahon: Crudo

Crudo may mean “raw” in Italian, but I know it to be one of the best restaurants in the Valley. The chef, Cullen Campbell, has really outdone himself on this menu. Between the dining and bar menus, you will have plenty to chose from.

And yes, some of the food is raw, but of those of you who are less adventurous they serve basics like hoe cakes and, my favorite, the Meatball Burger.

I will warn you though, this place is a little hard to find, so make sure you take your GPS with you.

Sunday brunch: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
