    Not unexpected, but still stunning.
The depth of corruption that was Andrew Thomas's office was made clear by the scores of violations recounted, some criminal in nature, that he and his toadies committed. His partner in crime, Arpaio, who was instrumental in initiating many of the bogus investigations against the innocent, will be held to account down the road.

    Both Arpaio and Thomas knew
that their claims against presiding Judge Donahoe were false. They proceeded with their against him anyway. From the hearings findings: "Mr. Thomas and Ms. Aubuchon knew that thecriminal charges they brought against Judge Donahoe were false, that Detective Almanza (MCSO) swore to a false complaint, and that a complaint is a sworn document...Therefore Mr. Thomas and Ms. Aubuchon are criminally accountable for the conduct of Detective Almanza because theyknowingly caused him to sign and file a false sworn document and/or theyratified his conduct after he had signed the complaint."

    More from the findings:
"Mr. Thomas and Ms.Aubuchon committed perjury because they acted with the culpable mental state to engage in perjury and did so through the acts of another. Accordingly, they are criminally responsible under A.R.S. ยง 13-303 for the acts of another."

    sad but expected
because the corruption in the judicial system and county supervisors runs deep..they couldn't dare find him not guilty because it would open the door for other judges etc to be held accountable for their actions.

    right, it's a conspiracy
Involving the board of supervisors, the local judiciary, the Arizona Supreme Court, John Gleason from Colorado, Eric Holder and President Obama. I'm sure George Soros, ACORN, and some Islamofascists are in there somewhere too.

You may relish the idea of living
in a country where the criminal justice edifice can falsely accuse you of criminal conduct without evidence, but that's not what the U.S. is about. Thomas's corruption was flushed out into the light of day, and we are the better for knowing about it and seeing it punished.

    I can't wait
If Thomas wants a few more nails in his coffin, far be it from me to refuse him the pleasure. I just wish that so much taxpayer money didn't have to be spent in the process.
