    my recollection is that 14 states now allow medical marijuana to be sold why do the Feds have the audacity to single out AZ for special treatment if only we had visionaries in government nationalize mmj and use the proceeds to feed the poor because at the rate we are going, we are soon going to have a lot more poor in the meantime: NOW ANSWER ME THIS: just how much does it take to piss a real American off? http://bit.ly/hmk8m6

    Marijuana is ALMOST legal there- so MANY people there using (for legal and illegal use). The Feds just are making an example of AZ because of how we've thumbed our noses at the current administration and keep passing Federally unpopular laws! As a MMJ patient (who Really NEEDS marijuana for pain relief and sleep)I'm appalled that people aren't marching on Washington continually for all the BS we have to put up with from the Feds. Another Obama misstep!

    that alcohol, the number one drug that kills thousands every year, is allowed to be legal. I just don't get it. Legalize everything since there is no way to control it, tax it and get the revenue, and those who want to destroy themselves can.

    This is all Brewer's fault. She's supposed to be for the people of Arizona, but what's going on is a prime example of why she's not. We, the people of Arizona have voted for medical marijuana just like several other states. Jan Brewer has prohibited medical marijuana until the Fed says that they will not prosecute. We could have voted for Coca-Cola machines to be installed on every block for all it matters. What really matters is that we stick to our governmental foundations that have made us a great state and even greater nation.
