According to a new survey conducted by "Consumer Reports," US Airways and America West tied for the worst customer satisfaction out of 18 airlines.

News 92.3 KTAR's Bob McClay asked travelers at Sky Harbor Airport what their favorite airline is.

Many seemed to like Southwest Airlines. "Their service is pretty good. They're normally on time. Your luggage is there when you get to the other end," said one man.

Others said they liked US Airways.

Some people said that as far as being on time, airline travel has improved.

As for service during the flight, as one man put it...you get on, you fly, you get off.

The survey received input from 23,000 passengers on such things as seating comfort, on time performance, in-flight service and ease of check-in.

Passengers rated JetBlue and Midwest airlines as the best.
