Moving to the Valley? Buy a house

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - If you have family or friends coming to the Valley, tell them to buy a house.

Jordan Rose with Law Group says more out-of-towners are coming to the Valley and buying homes that were foreclosed on for much cheaper than they used to be.

"The best thing for this market is to have new people come in, buy the homes, and occupy them," she said.

Rose said if you are worried the market will be wrought with speculators and that another market meltdown is around the corner, don't be.

"I believe there is not enough cash liquidity in the market today to allow that to occur on a mass scale," she said.

Rose added that most of the people interested want a primary resident home or vacation home, so they are not just investors.
