Vehicles, shed set on fire in N PHX

PHOENIX - A scary Wednesday morning for homeowners in one north Phoenix neighborhood after someone set two vehicles and a work shop on fire.

No injuries are reported, but homeowners are grateful that a neighbor out walking his dog alerted them to the fires.

Investigators said the fires were set and fortunately the flames did not spread to the homes.

The vehicles that were burned include a car and a work truck.

A wood working shop used by one homeowner was severely damaged by fire.

The fires started around 4 a.m. Wednesday near 32nd Street and Shea Boulevard.
