PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - A 45-year-old school bus driver in Prescott Valley has been accused of taking pictures of a teenage girl through her bedroom window as she undressed.

William H. Hall was arrested on Thursday after police reviewed a CD turned in by a person who viewed it at Hall's home. Police Sgt. Brandon Bonney said detectives confirmed the CD contained images of a 15-year-old girl who Hall knew.

Hall was set for an initial appearance in court on Friday on 46 counts of surreptitious photographing and one count of voyeurism. All are felonies.

Bonney said detectives know of no other victims. Hall's job as a bus driver apparently was unrelated to the alleged crime.

This is one case where I believe the Sex Offender Registration will be of use. When he is done with his jail time, he won't be able to get a job working as a school bus driver (not sure if he is a public bus or school bus driver now). Felonies don't get you far in the career field either tho. How come violent offenders and burglers don't have registries? It would be nice to know if either were living next door.
