  We create value. Right now the trend is going to take everything to the mid 1990s like I have said in other blogs. We will see 1994 and below pricing. We will mirror the real estate market in physical jobs, stockmarket, gold, and oil prices. We are deflating together. No one sector is protected. No one country is protected. With this said we must buy American, but we must demand the highest quality. When I say American I mean American own and American made. We in Arizona was to have the companies that support all of our natural resources. What if the day came and America crashed- yes the entire world would crash, but if we had our own cows, chickens, car plant, etc we could take a hit, but we could build what we need to keep moving forward as a State. I hope and pray we get there as a State. Next, why do we let 9 people create our laws? Do you want Gay rights? Do you want Abortions? Do you want Jesus to go to School? Why are we allowing 9 people to say yes or no to these things? We the people must vote on them, and they the Judges must decide if X or Y or Z violated the law. Speaking of voting we must have local votes for national items. DC must have votes quarterly and annually. Then we must vote and send our rep to DC with our majority vote on each issue. We do not just send him or her there to vote for us, but instead we send them with our majority vote. Then on budget issues and state laws we must vote on those locally. The Governor is not he to decide for us or create laws for us, but he or she is here to oversee out votes and manage our wishes. Remember they work for us. I say we demand this going forward.

Just no Emergency GOP Republican Spending Bills month after month, year after year, day after days! It's the end of the GOP "Shakedown" It's the end of the GOP EEVS/REAL ID/Private Equity Social Security Phony Achievement! 1997 was a good year! America had a "surplus" in the billions!   This is only the start of "Hard Times". The whole system is so messed up due to the Greed of Politicians, Big Business, and Wall Street that I think a Major Depression is just on the horizon. Congress can't agree on the time of day and it will result in our system falling apart. And there are a lot of people who would love to see that happen to our country. It's like having two heads and one body. They can't agree so nothing gets done. We need to go back to the basics and revamp the entire system. We are on the road to gloom with everyone thinking their wat is the best. This country has never seen times like this in our history and it could cause our demise if our leaders don't compromise and work to save this nation.

  Let's deal with reality

  I am not worried. The issue is simple. We have over leveraged, and when this happens we make jobs that should not exist and we spend what we should not spend. Now going forward I am writing without facts, but follow the logic. I see about 10 credit reports a day.I track when they bought car A, and then when they bought car B. I will look at the terms of the loan. They start off with 48 months or 60 months, but the second one is usually bought about 18 months later with the negative (loss)value going on the back of the new loan with 84 months. Does this not say the car companies made their money then and foolishly spent it. Does it not say they should have said no way to these loans? Now it is time to pay the piper. My sample size is actually fairly large on this, so I did speak pretty factually. Going forward people keep your car until it is paid off plus two years of saving for your next car. You want to pay with cash. It sucks to be these companies during these times, but they kind of got themselves in this mess. Then buy the next generation smart cars. BUY EVERYTHING AMERICAN...
