A doctor shouldn't be responsible for Mindy McCready's addiction problem

Mindy McCready's ex-boyfriend says she was allowed to leave a substance abuse treatment center where she'd stayed only about 18 hours.
I've watched Celebrity Rehab and there's no way you can hold a doctor responsible for someone's death when they have an addiction problem.
