Obama is more divisive than Abe
Barak Obama has done more to divide our America than any president since Abe Lincoln and many of the reason are similar: Racial divides.
This president is the master of fragmenting society. How about the latest move? Let's find a way to let the Hispanic community know that I am one of them. I am a Latino at heart and I will show that to them. Let's undo the law, let's go against my own beliefs that I cannot presidentially enact the DREAM Act. I cannot, by decree, just say we will no longer deport students in the country illegally. If you were brought here before you were 16, and are not yet 30, come on down, it's all right! You're safe now thanks to me.
It's a nice thing to do but it's probably illegal. But here come those Latino votes. 67 percent for Barack "Juan" Obama in polls will go to 80 percent or higher. I am for the DREAM Act but that doesn't keep the way this was done from smelling just a bit.
What about black voters? They are just as poor as they were three years ago -- in fact -- in worse shape because of the economy. The black unemployment rate is the highest of any group, but Obama says, in subtle ways, it's the fault of those white guys at the banks and Wall Street.
Trayvon Martin, if I had a son he'd look just like Trayvon. How about a radio playing soul music and a group, singing low, "we got his back?"
The black American is worse off than at almost any time in their lives but Barack "DeShawn" Obama will get 90 percent of that vote. Remember, this is the president who said there are no blue states, no red states, just the United States.
What about the female vote? What if he can convince women that we men have sores on our knuckles from dragging them on the ground? Reproductive freedom, that's the answer.
Old white Men want to control a woman's prerogative regarding contraception, birth control, abortion. It will work, without the female vote Barack "Lois" Obama will be swamped.
And the gay vote is there. Any doubt in your mind that Barak "Midge" Obama has gone after that marvelous group of men and women who would rather be with the same sex than the opposite sex?
He will not defend the law that says marriage is between a man and a woman. He did away with Don't Ask, Don't Tell -- which, by the way, is fine with me. In fact, using the word "evolving" to describe his feelings about same sex marriage, he now says he has no problem with that at all.
Watch those gay purse strings come unhinged. Donations and 95 percent of the gay and lesbian vote.
Well that's about it. A president who will not win by bringing us together, but rather by dividing us.
