The apprentices

Ever see Dennis Rodman play basketball in the NBA? He was perhaps the greatest rebounder in the history of the game.
Ever see Rodman as a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice? I think he was the object of pity and sympathy when he often didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing there.
Ever see Rodman on any of his trips to North Korea, most especially his recent interview with Chris Cuomo on CNN? He was an out-of-control fool embarrassing his country and insulting an American held captive there, sentenced to 15 years of hard labor.
Rodman apologized yesterday for suggesting that the prisoner may have been guilty of the charges against him. Within the apology, Rodman explained that the reason he said those outrageous things during the interview was the old stand-by: he had too much to drink, and he’s not even the mayor of Toronto.
Why not booze it up? He was a guest at a birthday party for North Korea tyrant Kim Jong Un. Too bad he didn’t wear one of the dresses he’s been seen in, he could have gone to the party as Jane Fonda.
