Jason Schechterle on Portraits
by KTAR.com (January 24th, 2012 @ 1:16pm)
In 2001, Phoenix Police Officer Jason Schechterle was
rear-ended by a taxicab going over 100 mph while sitting at
a stoplight. Jason's car was engulfed in flames, and was
stuck in his car for eight minutes until crews could pull
him out.
Pat McMahon sits down with Jason, now a retired police
officer, and talks about the accident, his life after and
his foundation,
Beyond the Flames.
