On the 700 Club this past week Pat Robertson answered a wife who could not forgive a cheating husband. Robertson said "men will wander, it's their nature."

Do you believe that? Would you forgive a cheating husband? Is that the nature of man, to wander, to cheat?

The immigration bill presently in the senate contains 400 waivers, exemptions and exceptions. What is acceptable to you in an immigration bill? Certainly this one is not.

There are at least three major scandals plaguing the Obama administration. Is the president crippled for the rest of his term? How will scandals effect Hillary Clinton? What do scandals portend for mid term elections?

The Jodi Arias trial is going to the jury within a week.

How well did the prosecution's witnesses do? Now what for Jodi? Have prosecutors proved a case for first-degree murder? Has the defense shown enough to expect second-degree murder?

Jay will be joined by criminal defense attorneys, HLN analyst Duane Kates, Judge Pro Tem Melanie Laboy, Mel McDonald, who has argued cases against prosecutor Juan Martinez and top criminal defense attorney Michael Kimerer. Our senators and representatives are trying to exempt themselves and their aides from Obama care.

They know it's a flop. Max Baucus, a democrat in the U.S. Senate has now admitted that Obamacare, which he helped into existence, is a total train wreck.

Should Congress put a hold on further implementation ?

The Senate acted responsibly by protecting the Second amendment. Are you in favor of any control over our ownership of firearms?

The Goldwater Institute wants the city of Gilbert to close the Freestone Recreation center.

It seems that a commercial business feels that this city-owned center is cutting into private business. How outrageous is this reason to close a neighborhood recreation center used by thousands of Gilbert residents?

Phoenix City Councilmember Sal DiCiccio has introduced legislation to protect abused women. Some of those who have recovered from abusive relationships join the councilman, with Jay, to discuss the issue.

There's going to be a new FCC chairman. Will whomever that may be attempt to close down talk radio with revival of some form of the "fairness doctrine?" Is talk radio as we know it in danger? How threatened is Limbaugh, Hannity, Fox News and this station?

Dwane Cates just got back from three days in Atlanta working for HLN. He's been trying to find reasons for no first-degree murder charge against Jodi.

Monica Lindstrom, another of the attorneys speaking out against Arias, top criminal defense attorney Michael Kimerer and Melissa Johnson, the social media editor from Rose Law Group, join Jay.

The town of Bisbee has voted for legal recognition of same-sex couples. That's not marriage.

Only three states in America allow jury members to ask questions and as they were being asked by the judge -- all 200 of them -- the jurors were turning in more questions.

Our geniuses at the state senate have introduced and passed SB 1016. This bill now goes to the house and if passed there and signed by Governor Brewer would go on the ballot. If we voted for it, our legislators could refuse to obey any law they felt was unconstitutional. Yes, that's right, this bill, more or less, would allow Arizona to secede from the union. ARE OUR LEGISLATORS NUTS?
