Our geniuses at the state senate have introduced and passed SB 1016. This bill now goes to the house and if passed there and signed by Governor Brewer would go on the ballot. If we voted for it, our legislators could refuse to obey any law they felt was unconstitutional. Yes, that's right, this bill, more or less, would allow Arizona to secede from the union.
