1 person killed in Chandler home invasion

CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Chandler police say a man has been shot and killed in a home invasion early Thursday near Chandler Boulevard and Arizona Avenue.

Police spokesman Detective Seth Tyler says four men entered an apartment and one man inside was shot and later died. A second man was inside the apartment and saw what happened.

The men fled after the shooting. Police have not said why this particular residence was targeted.

    homicides are up in Detroit. Come in threaten my life, family, or property and I'll blow your face off. It's getting proven over and over again, arm the public, back up their rights to life, liberty, and property and watch the crime rates go down. Amazing how our CCW law has resulted in not having "blood running in the streets" but a decrease in crime rates.
