Have you ever wondered what President Barack Obama does to stay in shape?

Neither have I, but thanks to the Internet, we can now all take a look.

According to the Telegraph, the video was first posted to Facebook then distributed by a Polish news agency.

It shows Obama working out in the gym of a Marriott Hotel in Warsaw, Poland.

The video shows Obama working out with both free weights and on a elliptical machine.
