A trip to the grocery store can be exhausting, especially if you’re bringing little ones along with you. Sometimes we just want to get in, get out and get home.

But Dr. Suneil Jain of Rejuvena Health and Aesthetics in Scottsdale explained why it’s very important for our family’s health to slow down and “read” our groceries.
