Movies in a Minute: ‘Fed Up’

In a documentary about the food industry, Katie Couric narrates the story of an American problem that is far beyond children and adults being obese. ‘Fed Up’ takes a look at the addiction of sugar and how industry companies are more worried about the bottom line than the health of it’s consumers.

I can tell you that after watching this movie, I immediately changed some of my eating habits. This movie obviously has an angle, but even knowing that, it’s hard to come out of the movie thinking differently about the way we eat and consume food marketing. I absolutely think every parent needs to see this film. It is eye opening.
