Video of U.S. Capitol car chase, police showdown

Video has surfaced of the beginning of a car chase in Washington, D.C. that ended with a woman being shot and killed by police.
The video was taken at the White House, where the suspect allegedly tried to ram a gate. Officers are shown with guns drawn on the vehicle, though no gunfire is heard.
After failing to get past the gate, the driver speeds away only to loop back once before driving away.
The suspect in the vehicle was reportedly killed near the U.S. Capitol shortly after this video was taken.
A police officer was injured after being struck by the suspect vehicle. At least three bystanders were also injured.
Police have ruled out terrorism as a possible motive and said it was an isolated incident.
