For most of us, movies are a chance to get away from our lives, to be transported to a different world for a few hours or just a way to escape some sweltering summer temperatures.

Have you ever wondered what it's like to be a movie critic and call heading to the local theater "work?"

I sat down with David Ramsey, President of the Phoenix Film Critics Society. I've always wanted to know if it's possible to get past the bias if you know going into the movie that you won't like it.

It sounds like the time to be a movie critic is around award season because that's when they get all the free stuff!
