As usual there's been a lot of news this week and I have chosen the most important topics that you need to know about so you can hold conversations with your friends this weekend.

First, thousands of Americans get arrested in Mexico every year, most recently Yanira Maldonado from Arizona. Do stories like this make you want to avoid Mexico?

Second, a teapot offended the country this week. Yes, a teapot. What could make a teapot so offensive you ask? It looks like Hitler. No, I'm not making this up.

Third, I bet you have a modest number for the amount of times you check your cell phone in a day. The actual count a study came up with might surprise you.
