Pamela Hughes explains that this addiction isn't really our fault because major food companies are producing foods with a great level of these ingredients to sell more products. While this may not be breaking news, Pamela is worried about where this road can lead.

    Great topic
It is old infomation but widely unknown. Just as political propoganda has dumbed our nation down, so has food marketing. And the addiction IS our fault because we individually have the ability to investigate, self-educate, and decide to not buy processed food. So, like with many other responsibilities of adulthood and parenthood, it comes down to informed choices. We purchase processed food for our kids from infancy, and thereby create and feed their addiction and consequential lifetime diseases.

the good news is, you can retrain your tastebuds. You will know when you have succeeded when processed and restaurant foods taste abhorantly salty, sweet and greasy.
