A local Indiana restaurant owner gave a deserving teen a job after witnessing his impressive determination.
The owner was removing snow from his restaurant when the teen, Jhaqueil Reagan, approached him asking for directions. Later in the day, the owner saw the boy still walking through below freezing temperature. Feeling bad for the teenager, the owner offered him a job at his restaurant at double the pay.
Reagan graciously accepted as he was forced to drop out of high school following the recent death of his mother.
The owner posted Reagan’s story to Facebook and the overwhelming reaction resulted in the teenager receiving a year supply of bus passes.
