    ROFL!! Too awesome! Why don't some feel up to taking that extra two steps though, when it's crazy to others like us? Lol. They feel a resistance we don't. The stairs gets my blood circulating - I like taking the stairs, some people hate that extra umph though. I bet those that mind it are more at risk for problems, even if we work out the same in the gym. I think there's something physiolical to it.
