APS crew gives updates on Sandy work

After superstorm Sandy knocked out power to the East Coast, both Salt River Project and Arizona Public Service sent crews to help turn the lights back on.
Crews are still working in the area, despite the presence of a winter storm, and sent the following video to update those in the desert on what they are doing.
