PHOENIX — Chicago residents currently braving low temperatures will be staring at an image of sunny Arizona for a while.
The Arizona Office of Tourism installed a large billboard intended to advertise the state. It features a bikini-clad woman relaxing in a patio lounge chair.
The billboard also features a 3D element: A large pair of flip flops that appear to have crushed two cars.
The installation is part of the AOT’s Warm Up in AZ campaign that’s designed to attract people living in chilly weather to head to Arizona.
For the record, the high in Phoenix on Friday was 79 degrees. Chicago clocked in at 16 degrees.
