Rapper Kanye West probably got the wrong kind of attention for his video of "Bound 2," which featured fiancee Kim Kardashian, and now he's facing a lawsuit for the sample used in the song.

Vulture reports Ricky Spicer has sued the "Yeezus" rapper for sampling the song "Bound" by the 1970s group Ponderosa Twins Plus One. Spicer was just 12 when he and his boy band debuted the song, and he said he never gave West the permission to incorporate his vocals.
