Kanye will take the stage to deliver his controversial track, "Black Skinhead," off his "Yeezus" album. This will mark the rappers seventh VMA performance.

Lady Gaga is the only other artist who MTV has announced as a VMA performer, but fans can expect more revealed in the coming weeks.
The 27-year-old pop star will debut a new single off her upcoming album, "ARTPOP."
Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will go into the award show with six nominations each. Bruno Mars is up for four awards, followed by Robin Thicke, Miley Cyrus, Pink and Thirty Seconds to Mars with three nominations each.
The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Aug. 25.
