Dennis Farina, former Chicago police officer turned "Law & Order" actor died on Monday.
According to his representative, Lori De Waal, Farina died at a Scottsdale, Ariz. hospital after suffering a blood clot in his lung. He was 69.
The Associated Press announced his passing in a tweet.
