The nominations are in for the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards. The film "12 Years a Slave" scored big on Wednesday, with four actors landing nominations.
Stars of Steve McQueen's historical drama who are up for awards include Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Fassbender and Lupita Nyong'o. Roles in movies such as "Gravity," "Captain Phillips," "Dallas Buyers Club" and "Lee Daniels' The Butler," are also up for nods.
AMC's "Breaking Bad" leads the way for television nominations (also in four different categories), with Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn both making the cut.
While the SAG nominations represent some of the best recent onscreen roles in film and TV, a talented group of stars were left out.
Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson, Joaquin Phoenix and Bradley Cooper were all among those snubbed of film nominations. Same goes for TV stars like Aaron Paul, Anna Faris, Amy Poehler and Robin Williams.
