According to Realtor.com, the 27-year-old actor listed his Arcadia digs for $2.9 million, which he originally bought for a reported $2.6 million in August 2010.
The nearly 5,500 square foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and sits on a one-half acre lot near Phoenix's Camelback Mountain.
Inside, the home features sable-colored maple floors, custom cabinetry and a chef's kitchen, among other high-end amenities. Enjoy your time outdoors with an infinity pool, spa and volleyball and basketball courts.
Muniz rose to fame after his starring role on "Malcolm in the Middle." Since the show's series finale in 2006, he returned to his Phoenix roots, where he spends his time racing cars and playing drums in alt-rock band Kingsfoil.
It's unclear if Muniz will stay in Phoenix after his home sells. Though, he enjoys living in the Valley, as it helps his stay out of the Hollywood spotlight.
"I never let Hollywood take control of me," he said in an interview with Fox News in September. "What helped was leaving when ["Malcolm"] ended, living a normal life in Phoenix. I know the people at the grocery store and my neighbors."
