John Stamos will take a hospitalized teen on a date to the happiest place on Earth.

The 49-year-old former "Full House" star recently posted a photo on Instagram showing him next to Kaitlyn Dobrow, a teen who lost all her limbs battling a severe form of bacterial meningitis.

"I'm ONLY doing this cause they asked," he captioned the photo. "I said no press. But this story is a must read -- plus me and katie have a date to Disneyland."

According to the New York Daily News, Dobrow was admitted to the Irvine Medical Center in February and since then has undergone 12 surgeries.

Doctors have the teen on a constant stream of pain medication, leaving her unconscious for most of the day. But when she's awake, her family is right by her side.

"We get 30-40 minute windows when she's awake and those are wonderful," said her father.

An online fundraiser was set up to help offset medical bills. The campaign has already raised over $77,000.
