For the fifth time in her tenured media career, Oprah Winfrey has grabbed the No. 1 spot on Forbes' annual Celebrity 100 list, which ranks the most powerful celebrities.

Forbes determined their rankings based on factors such as earnings, social networking status, press mentions and more. The 59-year-old has seemingly gotten her television station, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), back on track, overcoming past losses of more than $300 million, an accomplishment that certainly climb back to the top spot on the list, after ranking second for the past two years.

Joining her in the top 10 are Lady Gaga, Steven Spielberg, Beyonce, Madonna, Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, Roger Federer, Justin Bieber, and Ellen DeGeneres.,
