1. People are indifferent about the signs and symptoms of diabetes
Many symptoms of diabetes are not considered dire, which is why people often fail to pay attention to them. Some of the most common symptoms include weight loss, weight gain, increased thirst, frequent urination and increased hunger. Many people who experience symptoms like these often consider them temporary conditions, not the warning signs of diabetes.
