Main Street Minute: Sandra Day O’Connor nonprofit gets new name

•The nonprofit organization O’Connor House in Tempe has been renamed the Sandra Day O’Connor Institute. The former Supreme Court justice’s old residence is a nonprofit, which sits on the grounds of the Arizona Historical Society near Scottsdale and Curry roads.
• Shoppers will find a “vegetable valet” at the Uptown Farmers Market in Phoenix. The market at Central Avenue and Bethany Home Road partnered with Careers through Culinary Arts Program to offer produce-prep services on Saturdays. Student chefs will prepare purchased veggies any way customers request.
